GERADO AGNESE & CAMILO CORDOBA (AR)
Tango indocile
Avec leur projet Tango de côté, le duo Gerardo Agnese & Camilo Córdoba réveille l’âme rebelle du tango, celle des débuts, quand cette musique s’épanouissait dans les rues et les cabarets de Buenos Aires, à l’écart des regards convenables. À cette époque, s’adonner au tango relevait presque de l’acte clandestin – « de côté », disaient les anciens, dans le lunfardo local. Le duo propose une relecture acoustique du tango, fidèle à son essence populaire et viscérale. Leur musique puise dans les racines de la guardia vieja, traverse les milongas et les valses et s’ouvre aux échos du tango contemporain. Le tout porté par le jeu complice de deux musiciens au groove canyengue assumé, fait pour la danse autant que pour l’écoute attentive. Un tango libre, élégant et vivant qui vibre entre tradition et modernité.
LA RIVIERE
Entre folk intime et souffle voyageur
Bini & Flow forment La Rivière, un duo belge qui fait dialoguer leurs sensibilités dans un folk épuré, porté par des harmonies vocales fines et des instruments acoustiques (guitare, piano, flûte, ukulélé). Elles chantent en français, anglais et espagnol, naviguant entre douceur, mélancolie et lumière. Leur musique, simple en apparence, creuse des émotions profondes — un répertoire à fleur de peau, qui invite à l’écoute et à la dérive.
IMANE GUEMSSY
La révolution gnaoua au féminin
Première femme de sa génération à s’imposer dans le monde encore très masculin du gnaoua, Imane Guemssy en est aujourd’hui l’une des voix les plus singulières.
Pionnière, elle puise dans la transe et la spiritualité de cette tradition ancestrale pour en proposer une lecture audacieuse, ancrée dans le présent. Entre ancrage mystique et ouverture contemporaine, elle fait résonner l’âme du gnaoua dans un langage nouveau, puissant et libéré.

Get ready for a magical evening where you will discover three acoustic musical performances in the hidden corners of the Fort de Huy. After admiring the breathtaking panorama of the town and the Meuse valley at sunset, let yourself be carried away by the atmosphere of a place rooted in history for three thirty-minute concerts subtly lit by candlelight.

SOLEDAD KALZA & SINA KIENOU
Two guitars and one voice take you on a journey, from a Manding protest song to a song with text, from a futuristic slam to operatic dreams. Soledad Kalza and Sina Kienou offer an encounter, a blend of peoples with original musical compositions which are inspired by ancient heritages. Soledad Kalza and Sina Kienou are previewing part of their new album, which is to be released by homerecords.be in autumn 2024. In this new opus, their wish was to dig even deeper into their respective and shared roots.
SHAO-HUAN HUNG
Originally from Taiwan and now living in Brussels, Shao-Huan Hung has been playing the sheng – a traditional Chinese instrument also known as “mouth organ” – since the age of nine. Trained in traditional Chinese music until he discovered a passion for jazz, Shao-Huan Hung will be presenting a mix of musical compositions, traditional tunes and improvised music, introducing you to the rich palette of sounds on the sheng.
ANAM CARA
Anam Cara, which means “soul mate” in Gaelic, is a duo, both on stage and off, formed by Celtic harp player Luna Limage and percussionist Arthur Maione. Together they revisit the repertoire of Irish and Breton Celtic music as well as the medieval music that they love (Cantigas de Santa Maria, Vermeil de Montserrat, Guillaume de Machaut…). They alternate instrumental pieces, songs in Latin, Breton and French, all in the form of magical realism, creating a fantastic atmosphere in every sense of the word
